I made this hat the night before the State Funeral of Queen Elizabeth II and just 1 day before I was contacted and invited to i24news to be interviewed on a LIVE special coverage at the same time the State Funeral was being broadcasted worldwide. Being the only “British Milliner” based in Israel of course I said YES!

So as one does the night into the morning before I created for myself an appropriate hat to wear for this remarkable and historic occasion.

Let’s just say I didn’t get “Kate’s” choice of hat totally wrong! Proud of my design!

I wasn’t too far off if I may say so myself!

I must admit I consider myself quiet a Royalist and yesterday was certainly one of those “Proud to be British” moments!
